Every apartment has one dedicated parking space and if you own a second vehicle we will give you a permit to park on-site. There is a maximum of two vehicles allowed per apartment.

The pool and decks are open daily from 8AM-10 PM.

Yes, The Streams is pet friendly.

Every apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and AC.

We can offer furnished apartments (on request) at an additional cost.

Yes, renters insurance is required.

We will completely paint, thoroughly clean, clean the carpet and replace it if needed. Inspect your appliances, plumbing, windows, and doors. We will conduct 5-star inspections from 4 associates to ensure the apartment is in Rent Ready condition.

No, we will complete Service Requests with permission to enter.

We have 3 maintenance professionals available to fix your needs.

You can call us, log into the Resident Portal and send a work order or text us through the website. We have an emergency line after hours for true emergencies.

During business hours, you can call, and we will give you a copy of the key. You will be required to present your ID.

An applicant will have an answer within 24 hours as long as all needed information is provided.

Paying rent may be done on-site via a cashiers check, money order, or personal check or on our resident portal via credit card, debit or e-check.

Spectrum is our vendor of choice.

Yes by paying an early termination fee (equal to two months' rent).

We will provide you with contact numbers for all needed utilities.

All utilities are paid by the resident.

We are located in Fullerton off CA-57 exit Yorba Linda Blvd., then head east, turn right on N Placentia Ave, turn right on Madison Ave, turn right on Deerpark drive and Streams is on the left.
